My interest in operations was sparked by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, the excitement of solving complex challenges, and collaborating with various people and departments, such as finance, marketing, and human resources. It's been an incredible ride filled with growth, challenges, and rewarding experiences.
Firstly, I began my professional journey as a salesperson. Working in sales taught me the art of persuasion, effective communication, and the value of building solid relationships with customers. It was a challenging yet fulfilling role, and I enjoyed the thrill of meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
I transitioned to being a customer service representative. This change allowed me to focus on the needs and concerns of customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building trust with the brand I represented.
As time passed, I wanted to explore new avenues and grow further. This led me to become an operations associate. In this role, I learned the complexities of managing and optimizing processes within the company. As an operations associate, I learned to streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement efficient systems.
I value adaptability and continuous learning, and I'm a problem solver and team player working with various departments. Every experience in my career has helped shape me into the person I am today.

The moment I secured my first job. The moment I chose to transition into a new industry and career trajectory and when I received recognition and an award. Moreover, when I got promoted, these significant occurrences indelibly molded my professional journey.

Handling incoming emails and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel. I assist in implementing and monitoring streamlined business processes to enhance overall productivity.
What unique operational challenges do you face at Klasha, and how do you address them?
Balancing multiple tasks and deadlines can be demanding. I Utilize time and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
How do you balance the need for operational efficiency with the requirement for quality control?
Data-driven decisions, a commitment to efficiency, and quality are the keys to success. I seek my manager's and colleagues' feedback for continuous improvement.
How do you manage inter-departmental communication and collaboration?
