If you have recently placed an order please check your Spam/Junk folder. Most confirmation emails will be automatically sent as soon as you have placed an order but sometimes you may experience a slight delay. In this case, please allow up to 12 hours to receive your order confirmation.

what's your returns policy?

It's super easy to return your order, please send an email to care@klasha.com with your order number and reason for returning and we'll get back to you with pickup information if you're based in Nigeria. If you're based outside Nigeria, we'll send you our returns address. For all items ordered in Africa, we must be notified within 24 hours if you'd like to return your order. Please make sure your returns meet the below conditions otherwise we'll be unable to accept your return: -Items have no makeup stains -Items must not have been worn or washed -Items must still have all original tags on

how long will it take for my refund to appear?

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to receive your order and process your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once this process has been completed. We'll refund you (minus the shipping charges) back onto the original payment method. Your refund will appear within 3 working days of us receiving your item.
